Improvement

• [APP504-86] - Filters were added to include implementation dates and review dates on view my 504 plan tab.
• [APP504-94] - A note option was added to each impairment when creating a 504 plan. This is to include more detailed information which also displays on the printable form.

• [APP504-96] - The accommodation categories have now been added to the accommodations section on the 504 plan when printed. This allows the user to easily identify what accommodations need to be implemented for each category

Configuration

• [APP504-85] - The option of Discontinue was added to the Written Notice form.

Task

• [APP504-99] - The communication section on print of 504 plan has been suppressed as the default report.
• [APP504-100] - The 504 Accomodation notes have been added to display in the student spotlight 504 widget.

Bug

• [APP504-95] - The Review date was changing to Re-evaluation date in printed version, this has now been resolved.
• [APP504-109] - The missing 'Student' & '504 Coordinator' select buttons are now displaying. Users were unable to create new 504 plans with these buttons missing but now are able to
• [APP504-110] - When creating a New Prior Written Notice and eligibility form, the student selector missing was missing, this has now been resolved.
