New Feature

• [NL-158] - Consistent staging and delivery process for all types of notification letters (this means that you neither send Electronic or Manual Letters, you create the Letter AND THEN DECIDE if the letter is manual or electronic)  *****

Improvement

• [NL-156] - After sending notifications add some indication to the user that they have sent the Notification Letters.
• [NL-158] - Inform the user that their action is going to notify guardians
• [NL-158] - After initiating the notification to guardians, inform the user that it's running
• [NL-158] - Better wording/explanations on dialog boxes and more precise wording on buttons.

• [NL-154] - In the 2, 3 and 5 unexcused Absences Report, the Unexcused Absences are displaying by period not in days.
• [NL-157] - For a Notification Attempt, "Resend" Notification Letter text not displaying. The same is true with an Individual student, when you go to "Resend", the text descriptor is not displayed.
