Data Admin Release Notes - 06/30/2017

New Feature

[DATASHOP-404] - A function was created to see V2 application usage for a single users.  On log in search for ‘Filtered Application User Actions’.  The application Id will be needed to filter if needed, if no application Id is added, the results will be for all V2 applications.  **This is only available for developers at this time as we are also working on reports that will be available for end users.

[DATASHOP-405] - An Element table was added to the Admin to update district stop and start dates for year end roll over migrations.  **This is only available for developers.  If these dates need to be updated, please contact support@schooldata.net

Improvement

[DATASHOP-406] – The task Assign Application User Role By Application User has been updated to allow for the Application User Role and Application User Name (not just the RoleId and the ApplicationUserId) to be used in the upload file 

[DATASHOP-416] - The Manual Assessment Score Loader and User-Defined Assessment Uploads now error when assessment test scores are out of range, meaning below the ‘Lowest Possible Score’ or higher than the ‘Highest Possible Score’  ** updated from email release notes to better reflect the process

Bug

[DATASHOP-397] - Assign Application User Role Task now utilizes the  Displaying Application User Role Role instead of the Application User Role Id

[DATASHOP-410] - Assign Application Users to Application Roles no longer visually duplicates the user in the application user list

[DATASHOP-417] - Uploading Assessment Tests without Data Upload Start Date and Data Upload End Date no longer defaults those dates to 1/1/1900

[DATASHOP-419] - When defining which assessments are included in the manual score loader and then using the filters the user is now able to to scroll to see all filters.
