    Hi Stephanie.

When viewing assessments as Assessment sets, the option to toggle on/off the assessments with 'no scores' is available.  I have attached a screen shot of a math Assessment set for you.  The records you see in grey are students who do not have a scores for the assessment.  If your teachers and Specialists created 'My Assessment Sets' for assessments they are loading to, they would be able to see them all in one view and be able to tell which students still needed scores loaded for each.

Do you think this will meet the needs of your Teachers and Specialists?

    Hello Sharon-

I went in and tried to see students listed who also have no scores. I did not have any luck with one assessment or with a set. I do not see the toggle to include students with no scores. Please let me know how to access and use this great new feature! Best-Stephanie

    Stephanie-

I saw your reply came into our Help Desk. The Enhancement Ideas are different in that you have to come directly to the Enhancement Idea to add your comments, sadly an email reply doesn't work to add to it. :( I copied what you emailed though and added it here for you.

Sharon left off a screenshot. I have one attached and think it will help. To get to this screen you have to be on an Assessment SET. Then, click on the "Advanced Filtering" button at the top if the screen and this display will open for you to turn on the "no score" for all tests in the set.

Let us know if this will meet the needs of your Teaches and Specialists

    Thanks,

    Debbie

If you need to see this (students that didn't test) on a single assessment - is there a way to do that?  Our Intervention specialists would really like to be able to see that without comparing lists.  Thanks!

Sorry for not attaching the screen shot on my first response!  I have attached the shot of where I was looking to this comment now.

I went a bit of a different route than what Debbie shows in her screen shot and steps.  This is just an another way to see this:

Assessments widget >> Assessment Sets or My Assessment Sets >>  Select a Set >> Click on the assessment in the header row to select that column of scores(you should see a blue 'return' button at the top of the row now- this is so you can go back to the previous view) >> Go tot he performance levels button on the right and you will see each of the performance levels.  You can click these to select and deselect each level.  If you deselect each level except for the 'no scores', the only students you will see are those with no scores for the selected assessment test.

This can be done for each assessment in the set.  If your Specialists created a 'my assessment set' of just the assessments they needed, they could use this view and only need to select the set once for each student group and then could use this feature for each test in the set to find the students without scores for each.

Let me know if you have any questions or would like me to walk you through this.  And let us know if you thin this way will work for them.  If not, we can check on other possibilities.

    Thanks!

It would be nice on a single assessment (rather than a set) if the “No Scores” were available by hovering on the Performance Levels dropdown. I can create a “set” with just one test and get it but those extra steps will lose some users.

    Thanks!
