Create a CAA/CIA data extract for year specific graduation requirements

This suggestion came from the Yakima Valley region.

Using data from the CAA/CIA database, create a data extract that is specific to the high school assessment graduation requirements by school year. The user would select a student group, the school year, standard or alternate assessments. The chart would produce a histogram of the required state assessments for that year and the percent/count of students who passed.
