Data Extract - Class Grades: New Format and include services

Within the Data Extract for Class Grades, it would be very helpful to have information about services: Free/Reduced, Homeless, ELL, Sped,  as well as demographic information and credits. 

It would also help if each student had  one row of course information- sample layout in the attached sample.
