CAA/CIA Widget- add a way to tell when the student CAA/CIA record was updated

A request from Pullman in a training, asked if there was a way to tell how up-to-date a student's CAA/CIA status was in the widget. Currently there isn't a way, and since each record is updated individually based on SSID. It would be good to have some sort of date when it was updated.

  Hi Debbie,

  The CAA/CIA widget's download feature will be updated in an upcoming release of Homeroom. The downloaded spreadsheet will have a Data Entry Date column. While we are not going to include this data in the widget, the download will allow users to know when a student's CAA/CIA record was updated.
