Notification Letters encompasses three different themes revolving around keeping guardians informed of student data. 1. Generating letters using specific data points inserted into the letter. Some of those data points are used to determine which students guardians should get a specific letter. Those letters can be either emailed to parents, or printed and hand delivered. 2. Generate letters using specific data point inserted into the letter, but the students guardians are from a static list (such as all 3rd graders). 3. Generating an email with a file attached. The file may be something the district has already produced, but would like to have it emailed to students guardians and a record kept of that email.
