504 Plan

Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 continues to be an area requiring guidance for both parents and school personnel. Many questions continue to arise regarding the relationship between the ADA, Section 504, and the IDEA. This plan is meant to guide and assist school teams in serving their students with disabilities in a way that assures a quality education that is in compliance with state and federal laws.
