Career Identification and Goal
Students must complete three (3) Self-Assessments at least once. These Self-Assessments reveal your Preferences, Interests, and Skills. Taking these assessments will gauge your interest in different careers and, when finished, will generate results based on your personality and preferences. You may take the Self-Assessments multiple times to see how your results change throughout your high school journey. (Example: 9th Grade, 10th Grade, 11th Grade, 12th Grade)

Educational & Career Goals.
In the High School and Beyond process, you’ll set goals that help you prepare for your future career. These goals might target things you want to achieve during high school or after high school and help you improve how well you do in school or how you prepare for your career. Goal-setting is an essential step to success, a common beginning-of-year and/or term assignment. Because planning for success requires development in multiple areas of life, students can create four types of goals:
- Educational
- Career
- Community/
- Personal
Students must enter at least one Educational and Career Goal during their high school journey.

State and Local Graduation Requirements
To be considered for graduation, students must either pass state ELA and Math Requirements or identify a Personalized Pathway Requirement (PPR) that indicates how they meet the requirement differently. Contact your advisor to discuss waivers or substitutions if you need a PPR. The options for satisfying state and local graduation requirements may include academic acceleration, dual credit courses, Career and Technical Education programs, and graduation pathway options.
