Final Evaluation 4-Year Report [found in the Reports Application]

Purpose

Allows printing of four (4) years of the Final Evaluation ratings for all Evaluatees assigned in the current year to the Evaluator generating the report. For an Evaluation Monitor, this prints all Evaluatees four (4) years of their Final Evaluation ratings.

Data Access restricted

• current year Evaluator for the selected Evaluatee
• an Evaluations Monitor

If the one of the two is NOT the case, the PDF will still generated BUT won't display any data.

Directions

Log into SchoolData.net at [yourdistirct].schooldata.net/v2/report-manager with your SchoolData.net username and password.

To generate the Report:

1. Click Create New Report
2. Click on the category Evaluations Custom Reports
3. Next to Final Evaluation 4-Year Report report click Build Report
4. There are no selections needed.
5. Click Save And Generate or click the arrow to choose Generate Report

6. A message will note that the report is going to be generated.
7. You will receive an email and a notification in the application when the report is ready for downloading.
