If you're looking to turn off the weekly contact requirement for all students in a school week. You can do this by:
- Open the Manage School Years interface. (In the Application Navigation, Click: Secretary >> Manage >> Manage School Year Weeks.)
- Find the Week you want to set Enable/Disable weekly contact requirements for.
- Click the Row Action Gearbox for that week.
- Click edit in the dropdown that appears.
- Set the Weekly Contact Is Required field to either True or False.
- Click Update.
