How to adjust Graduation Credit Counts

Here we will learn how to adjust the amount of credits per subject students need in order to graduate. Please keep in mind you will need Graduation Monitor Data Admin permissions to complete the following instructions. If you would like these permissions please contact support@schooldata.net 

1. https://[YOURDISTRICT].schooldata.net/v2/high-school-and-beyond/#/graduation-monitor/data-admin/map-graduation-tracker-to-credit-counts
2. Left hand navigation: Data Admin tab

3. We set up these credit counts by graduation year, in case they change year to year

4. To adjust the credits, simply click on the number and select the new number

5. After adding up all of the credits, you would enter the total credits into the “CR” column for Credits Required or Total Requirement

*Important information: Both Math and Science credits are broken down.

The Students are required to complete a total of 3 Math Credits. Of those 3,

One needs to be Math1

One needs to be Math2

One needs to be Math3

The Students are required to complete a total of 3 Science Credits. Of those 3,

One needs to be Science

Two need to be Science Lab

When adding up the TOTAL CREDITS please only include Math and Sciences Totals.

(For example, rather than count each Math type as a credit, simply use the total of 3 credits.)
