Students investigate classes and assemble a four-year plan to fulfill graduation requirements. Credit Waiver and Substitutions are tracked here to coordinate with graduation requirements. Financial Aid information is also provided to them, along with a survey to help guide the investigation of options.

All Courses (back to Quick Links)
Educators can see all of the active courses throughout the district. If the user knows the name of a specific course, they can search for it in the “Course Description” column. By clicking on the Course Code (in blue), you will be able to view a pop-up containing extra information regarding the course. Educators can also choose their Heart/Favorite specific courses to filter through later when building their plans. NOTE: If you notice any errors with a course, please reach out to support@schooldata.net.
Four-Year-Plan Templates (Back to Quick Links)
Templates are the main building blocks for students to build their Four Year Plans. Every district is given Default Templates upon set up. However, the benefit of building your templates is that it allows you to customize them specifically for your school and students.
Search a template by typing a title in the column filter box or clicking the Column Actions and Options gear.
If Educators would like to view the template, click on the Row Actions and Options gear icon on the same row to the right of the template and then click “View Plan Template.” Or, the Educator can instantly create a plan for the student by clicking “Create Plan for Student.”

By clicking “Create Plan for Student,” Educators will be brought to the details page of the Student Plan. Fill in the required fields before moving on to selecting the courses.

My Student Plans (back to Quick Links)
Here, educators can search for a specific plan either by the name of the plan or the name of the student. Educators will see all of the plans they have created or their students have created. Clicking on the row gear icon will allow the Educator to either Print the Plan, Edit the details and courses, make the plan the student's Primary Plan, or delete the entire plan.
Educators also have the ability to select multiple plans, either by clicking on individual checkmarks to the left of students' names or by selecting All Plans with the checkmark at the top.
Educators can click the Select Row Actions button in the top right corner to Lock Selected Plans, Unlock Selected Plans, or Print Selected Plans.

Here, you will find information on The College Bound Scholarship Program. The College Bound Scholarship program is an early commitment of state financial aid to eligible students who sign up in middle school and fulfill the scholarship pledge. In partnership with the Washing Student Achievement Council, we provide access to the tools and resources your students will need to get College Bound.

Here is where students can review information regarding Financial Aid. When clicked, students will notice blue texts that are hyperlinks and will open a new window containing specific information regarding the subject they clicked on. (FAFSA, WAFSA, Washington State Financial Aid Resources, etc.)
In addition, a short Financial Aid Reflection Survey for students to complete. Launch the survey in the top right corner. A pop-up window will appear with various questions for the student to answer regarding the FAFSA information. Students are guided through a survey to investigate and show knowledge. They check the box to note they understand if they feel informed of their opportunities. To avoid premature checking of the box, a confirmation notification is provided.
There are fifteen questions to complete. The tracking bar at the bottom will turn green as you progress.
Once complete, it will ask you to Click the URL and Check off the blue banner at the bottom that says, “I understand the Financial Aid opportunities available to me.
This will be reflected by turning the flag green in the top right corner of the student’s Portfolio Completion.
