Purpose
The Evaluation Criteria By Task Template extract allows the user to download a spreadsheet of the Performance Levels selected and Focus selected for an Evaluatee of the selected task template. Only tasks that have been marked complete will be included.
Since data from this extract is downloaded, it also allows for additional manipulation, combining with other data, record keeping or any other purpose.
Data Access Restricted:
- Evaluations Data Administrators
- Evaluators - only provides data for their Evaluatees
- Evaluation Monitors
Directions:
Log into SchoolData.net at [yourdistirct].schooldata.net/v2/data-table-manager with your SchoolData.net username and password OR locate the Data Table application.
To access the Data Table:
- Click Create Data Table on the left navigation panel
- Click the Browse Category button next to Data Extracts
- Click the Build Data Table button next to Evaluation Year Summary
To create the Data Table:
- Under School year, select one school year.
- Under Evaluations Task, select the task
- Task list is based on your districts setup and will only provide tasks that have an Evaluation/Observation form to fill out.
- Click Generate Data Table
- On the pop-up, you get a preview of the list that will be downloaded.
- Click Download XLSX to get the full list

Below is a list of the main fields of data in the report. Depending on the frequency of the Task Template selected, this download could have more then one row for each Evaluatee:
- Evaluator
- Evaluatee
- Evaluate Position Level
- Task Template Name
- Due Date
- Completion Date
- Overall Criterion Name 1 (to display all, use Excel to wrap the text)
- Performance Level - expected would be Unsatisfactory, Basic, Proficient, Distinguished. If blank, none was selected.
- Focused
- Sub-Criterion Name 1
- Performance Level - expected would be Unsatisfactory, Basic, Proficient, Distinguished. If blank, none was selected.
- Focused - Y or N
- [Overall Criterion Name and Sub-Criterion will repeat for all criterion]
