Group Plan Overview
Users can create individual Intervention Plans for a group of students. Group plans function like creating individual plans by selecting a student group that will create a similar plan for each student within the group that can be managed individually. Once a student group is selected, the group plan includes a Responsible Educator and the ability to add Supplemental Educators. A Targeted Condition is selected which provides associated Interventions/Supports. A plan can have multiple Goals included for the students. Goals can be applied to specific students in the group so you can include or exclude goals based on which students need that goal. Since group plans allow for individual plans to be managed, educators can add Progress Notes to each goal throughout the year for students. Assessments can be selected to provide additional data related to the criteria for the plan or current performance level of the students. The accommodations section includes selections within categories like Presentation, Schedule & Setting, and Response. Staff enter items to the Communication section to log sending the plan to parents, meetings, and other communications. Lastly, the Commitments section includes selections for the responsible parties of School, Parent, and Student.
Plans can be printed to be given to parents. Other educators that work with the student can access Intervention information on their Homeroom Dashboards or on a Student's Spotlight.
