Four Year Plan Completion

In Student completion, Educators can access multiple student's primary Four Year Plan status. By default, the display only shows students that have a Four Year plan.**

1. Expand the Student Completion section on the left navigation panel
2. Click on Four Year Plan Completion
   • 
3. Click Select Student Group
   • Once selected via steps below, it will remember the last group selected for next time
4. In My Groups, you will see any classes assigned to you OR groups you created (click here to learn how to create groups).
   
   • Click Shared Groups to see groups for a whole school or grade level
   • Toggle to School Specific, from District Wide to select just your school.
   • 
5. Click the + for the desired group
6. When a group is selected, click View
7. Information from the primary Four Year Plan is displayed.
   • Using the columns filter/funnel, they can be searched to find a student
   • ** Click the funnel on the Student has Plan column; check False
     • 

Download all students Four Year Plan displayed data

• Click the gear icon above the table to the right
  • Under Grid Actions choose Download Data
    • 

Access Individual student Four Year Plan information

• Click the gear icon to the right of the student row
  • Print Schedule to generate a PDF of the student's four year plan
  • Edit to go to the full display/edit view of a student's Four Year Plan
