Depending on your career, you can expect to put in anywhere from a few hours to several years of additional training and education after high school. For example, a new general construction worker must complete up to a month of on-the-job training to work independently, while a lawyer must complete about seven years of undergraduate and law school study and pass a bar exam before beginning work.

This will factor into your list of suggested careers at the end of the exercise. For example, if you choose 2-3 years, this will filter out all careers that require more than 3 years of training and education.
