Interface Type: Task
Find by Selecting: Evaluations Admin => Evaluations Users and Permissions => View Evaluations Records/Evaluatees
Note:
An Evaluatee can only have one Evaluation Record per school year.
Use to:
- see the current and historical Evaluation records: Evaluator, Evaluatee, Evaluatee's Position Level.
- This table can be downloaded and used for a variety of purposes:
- Quickly update the Primary Evaluator for many Evalutees, filtering to those needed and use the IDs in the Update Evalutees Primary Evaluator
- Preparations for the next year setting up of who is to evaluate whom (IDs are included in this file and are used in lots of our upload/mass setting processes)

Search option:
Search for staff to see if they already have an Evaluation Record
Download option:
Found at the bottom left of the screen. Click 'download CSV...' and all records for every year will be downloaded. The user will need to filter out/delete old years using their Excel tools, unless previous years are desired.
