Student report cards may be on the fringe of typical Classroom analytics, however, they do provide valuable information for teachers. To access report cards for a single student or groups of students, select Students from the directory tree on the left, or from Classroom Home, under the Analyze section, choose Students.
Multiple Report Cards
You are presented with an alphabetical list of all the students in all your gradebooks. You can look for students by name using the search box, or filter on a specific gradebook. You can select individual students using the checkbox to the left of each student name, or select multiple students using the Page or All buttons.
If you narrow your list to a single gradebook, click the All option. This selects all the students associated with the gradebook.
From here, you can Reset or select None. You can also uncheck students individually. When you have chosen the required students, select the Report Card button.
If you selected multiple students, you will receive an email containing a link. The link will allow you to download a PDF file of the report cards for all the students you selected whenever you need to, as indicated below.
A Single Report Card
After selecting Students from the directory tree, and being presented with a list of all your students, search for the student you are interested in and click their name.
The single student view is displayed. The tabs across the top step you through the information on the student: Details, Assignments, Standards, Grades, and Report Card.
Select the Report Card tab. Select any of the options to turn them on or off (green is on). Then select the View Report Card button.
From here, you can save the report to a PDF file locally, or select Print for a paper copy.
Other Available Information
From the Student view, select the Assignments tab. Every assignment the student is attached to is displayed. You can filter by selecting a gradebook, or by selecting the Past, Current, or Future assignments buttons.
You can also filter on Status.
From the Student view, select the Standards tab, then select any gradebook, even one which does not belong to you. If available, you will see all the standards the student has encountered in the chosen gradebook. You can expand or collapse the view using the Open All and Close All buttons. You can also toggle between Show Only Gradebook Standards and Show All Categories and Standards.
From the Student view, select the Grades tab. You are shown every gradebook the student is attached to, across all courses, and their term grades.
