Use an Evaluation Monitor role to give a user the ability to monitor all Evaluators and their Evaluatees (Example: for a Superintendent or Human Resources Director). This role provides *read only* access to all Evaluators and their Evaluatees.
To Create an Evaluation Monitor:
Find by Selecting: Evaluation Admin => Evaluation Users and Permissions => Create Evaluation Monitor

What You'll Need:
- The employee's name
Instructions:
- Search for the employee's name, typing part of the name and hitting enter
- Select the employee's name from the list
- Select 'submit'
CSV Upload
What You'll Need:
- The employee Id (found in the View External Application User Names table or Employee table)
Instructions:
- Click 'download the csv template'
- List in a speareat row each user to make an Evaluations Monitor,
- Save the CSV, and click 'upload csv'
- Select the CSV
- Click Upload

To Delete an Evaluation Monitor:
Find by Selecting: Evaluation Admin => Evaluation Users and Permissions => Delete Evaluation Monitor

To View results or Verify
Go to either the "View Evaluations Monitors", found in the same area as Create and Delete, or Impersonate the user in Evaluations.
