Navigate: Evaluation Admin => Evaluation Users and Permissions => Update Evaluatees Primary Evaluator
Use to: change an Evaluatee's Evaluator via a web form or a CSV upload
Web Form
What You'll Need:
- The evalutee's name
- The evalutor's name
Instructions:
- Search for the evalutee's name
- Select the evalutee's name from the list
- Search for the evalutor's name
- Select the evaluator's name from the list
- Select 'submit'
CSV Upload
What You'll Need:
- The person's Evaluatee ID or Evaluatee Employee ID (found in the Evaluatee or View Evaluations Records table)
- The person's Evaluator ID or Evaluator Employee ID (found in the Evaluator or View Evaluations Records table)
- If they are a new Evaluator and not yet listed in either location, they first need to be added to the Evaluator table. This is done in Evaluations Admin => Evaluation Users & Permissions => Evaluators and clicking +add at the bottom left of the table to add them.
Instructions:
- Click 'download the csv template' and open the file downloaded.
- For each Evalutee that needs to be moved to a different evaluator, enter the following in a row:
- Evalutee ID/Evaluatee Employee ID
- The Evaluator ID/Evaluator Employee ID of the evaluator the evaluatee is being moved to
- Save the CSV, and click 'upload csv'
- Locate where you saved the file and select it
- Click Upload

Use the View Evaluation Records Table
NOTE:
This will only change the association of an evaluatee to evaluator for the current year.
