Purpose
The Student Yearly Growth by Assessment Test Family extract shows the progress of individual students in a selected group on a series of assessments within a test family (MAP, DIBELS, AIMSweb, etc.).
This extract allows teachers, specialists and others to monitor the progress of students on a series of comparable assessments. This extract creates an easy way to identify students who are growing, stagnating and falling behind on an assessment series in order to target students for intervention.
For the chosen student group and assessments, the extract provides a list of students in the group and their scores on each assessment over the course of the year. In addition to scale scores, the extract also includes the scale score growth and percent change between each assessment and from the first assessment to the last.
NOTE: Unlike the Student Growth by Assessment Test List, the Assessment Test Family extract pulls the relevant Test Family and Subject data for all students in the group specific to their current grade. For example, if a student group has IEP students in grades 3, 4 and 5, the user could select the MAP Test Family and the Reading subject area, and the scores for each student would be included specific to the MAP Reading assessments they've taken this year.
