Goal: Create four student groups identifying students who have not met standard or not taken an EOC Math and/or EOC Biology assessment. These groups will be used to pre-ID assessment material in WAMS for OSPI in the timeframes below. An accurate pre-ID prevents the shipment of excess materials and ensures students receive the correct assessments.

In Homeroom, go to Student Groups, then Filter & Create. Click Add Filter Group and select Enrollments. |

In Data Extract Manager, select Students by Student Group.

Troubleshooting: Students who transfer in from other districts will not have scores in Homeroom for assessments they have taken prior to arrival in your district. You can check your student group in the CAA/CIA widget to verify whether they have passed the assessment previously.
