The Student CAA / CIA widget is on the Student Spotlight, for those students who are currently enrolled in grades 9 - 12. It displays information relevant to graduation requirements. The widget indicates if a student has met the Certificate of Individual Achievement (CIA) requirement, the Certificate of Academic Achievement (CAA) requirements, and/or Diploma requirements. Specifically for ELA, Math, and Science. The information in the widget is specific to the student that has been spotlighted.
The data displayed is from the CAA CIA database in EDS. The data is only as current as the last file that was uploaded from the source.
The column headers display what type of data is in the columns. Clicking on the column header will sort the data in ascending order. Clicking again will sort the data in descending order.
The data in the columns comes from either uploaded files or external sources like OSPI. Please note that because OSPI is a different data source than for other Homeroom widgets, sometimes data from one source will not be in another source, which can lead to discrepancies between widgets. Below is more information on the data.
CIA CAA (from file upload): Student's graduation status. If CAA, CIA, or Diploma requirements are met, it is shown. If not, then “No" is shown
- Grad Requirement Year (from file upload): The year for which the student must meet the graduation requirements, regardless of their anticipated or actual grad year.
Cum GPA (external application): Student's cumulative GPA.

- Met Grad Requirement <Any Subject> (from file upload): If the student has met the Grad Requirement for that subject as determined by the students Grad Requirement year.

The cell is blank is the student has not attempted the test.
Click the Print Button in the Widget Toolbar to print the data.
