The Student Learning Plan Manager Widget is located on your dashboard. It allows you to choose a student group, create an SLP template, and assign the SLP to the students. Also, if you want to mass print SLPs, you can choose a student group and generate a single PDF containing all of their SLPs.
Choose a Student Group
To begin, click the "Choose a Student Group..." Select from My Student Groups (a list of groups either based on your class rosters or previously created and saved by you), or from Student Groups (a form to generate groups based on enrollment filters). For Student Groups, there are four descending levels of enrollment filters: School Year; School; Subject; and Teacher. Each time you choose a filter, groups are generated and lower filters are updated. Keep adding filters unit your group is generated. To remove filters, click the 'eye' icon next to the filter level that you want to return to.
Create and Assign an SLP to this Group
Once you have chosen your group, if you wish to create a Student Learning Plan template and assign it to the students in the group, click the "Create and Assign an SLP to this Group..." button. The SLP template form will appear. Click "Cancel" to go back, "Reset" to clear the form, and "Assign this SLP..." to assign the SLP to the students.

This section allows you to select assessment tests that are relevant to the Student Learning Plan. Select the "Add Relevant Assessments" button for a list of all possible assessments. The assessments are ordered alphabetically. Browse them by scrolling, search them by name using the search box, or use the arrow on the right to filter by Assessment Family, Level, or Subject, or Scope.
Selecting an assessment will add it to the SLP template, meaning that if a student in your group has a score for that assessment, then it will be on their SLP. If you wish to remove an assessment from the template, select the "Remove" button.

If you wish to generate a single PDF containing all of the SLPs, then click the "Print SLPs for All Students in this Group..." button. In an effort to ensure that the printed documented is not longer than it needs to be, you may choose from a number of options.
You may choose which SLP sections are included. You can choose to select historical years SLPs or current years SLPS. Remove the blue checkmark next to the names of sections that you wish to exclude. Also, several sections contain lists of items that are either checked or unchecked. You can also check or uncheck "Deliver as ZIP containing PDF per student" rather than having them be delivered as one whole PDF. If you wish to exclude unchecked items, then toggle the Include Unselected Options to "Off". If you wish the printed SLPs to list unchecked items, then keep the toggle to "On".
You can add a custom signature block to any SLP, but setting the Custom Signature Block toggle to "Yes". Select the + Add Line button to add more or more lines of text to be displayed below the signature line.
