The Assessments widget on any Student Spotlight tab shows all of that student's assessments for the current and prior school years. Assessments can be viewed by school year or by subject area.
The order of the assessments depends on the numerical order of the Assessment Test Chronological Ordinal, the alpha order of the Assessment Test Label, then the order of the Student Assessment Test Date.
In the upper left of the widget you can choose either the Assessments by School Year or Assessments by Subject Area view. Once a choice is made, you then choose either the specific year or subject area you are interested in from the upper right-hand selector.
Assessments in bold have strands (child assessments). Click the assessment's name to expand the list of strands.
The student's score is shown as a thick horizontal bar. The performance levels, and their threshold scores, appear above as a thin bar. If a student took an assessment multiple times, multiple scores will be displayed.
Met/Not Met Assessments and Strands
If an assessment (or strand) is scored Met/Not Met, the results are indicated by a green check icon for "Met" or a red X icon
for "Not Met".
Print Student Assessment Results
Click the Print button in the widget toolbar to print the student's assessment history.
Download Student Assessment Results
Save the assessment history as a file via the Download tool . A dialogue box with a set of Download Options is displayed. Set the toggles to either Yes or No to download the student's demographic, enrollment, service, or risk indicator information along with the assessment data. By default, the students name will be downloaded with the assessment data. Once you set the options you want to include with the download, your choices are retained and remain persistent until you change them.
