Enter the file name (e.g. districtname_2013-2014_Fall-Winter_AIMSWEB.csv).
Note: AIMSWEB uses a different naming convention than OSPI’s EDS. “2013” in the AIMSWEB default file name is a 2013-2014 school year data file. EDS files with 2013 in the default file name are 2012-2013 data files.
Make sure comma delimited has been selected
Under Export Schedule and Frequency, leave default to one time (should default to current date)
For a district-wide export, choose export all data
Under Data to Export, select Student, Teacher, Class and Score Data
Check the Include Transferred Students box
Select the Benchmark/Strategic Monitoring Period(s)
Skip the National Percentiles, ROIs, and SGPs sections
Skip the option to email file and click Export
Return to Manage tab to confirm export has been scheduled. Generally, file will be available in 24 hours.
When ready, return to Data Exports in the navigation pane; in the Exports tab under Actions, select download to retrieve the report.
Before auto-loading, it is recommended to open the .csv score file and make sure that all IDs are of the same type. Multiple types of IDs will prevent successful uploading. Student IDs can be SSID, Other ID or External ID but all must be of the same type in the file to be successfully uploaded.
