NOTE: After three (3) unsuccessful login attempts, the account is blocked from logging for 10 minutes. After six (6), it is blocked for 30 minutes; after ten (10), it is locked and must be unlocked by the administrator.
RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD
If you are having trouble logging in, resetting your password is the quickest way to fix it.
|Click on “Reset Your Password” in the lower left-hand corner (far left of the blue “Sign In” button).|
|Type in your username or email, then click “Send Verification Code.”|
|Check your email for the verification code. Copy and then paste the verification code into the verification code box on the Password Reset screen.||

|Type in a new password, then click “Save Password & Proceed.” Your password must be at least eight (8) characters long.||
UPDATING YOUR PASSWORD
Now that you’ve logged in, it’s time to update your password to something unique.
|Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen.|
|Click “ Account Settings > Edit Account Info.”|
|Type your new, unique password into the first two (2) boxes. Type your old password into the third box. Click “Save,” and you are done!|
