NOTE: After three (3) unsuccessful login attempts, the account is blocked from logging for 10 minutes. After six (6), it is blocked for 30 minutes; after ten (10), it is locked and must be unlocked by the administrator. |
RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD
If you are having trouble logging in, resetting your password is the quickest way to fix it.
Click on “Reset Your Password” in the lower left-hand corner (far left of the blue “Sign In” button). | |
Type in your username or email, then click “Send Verification Code.” | |
Check your email for the verification code. Copy and then paste the verification code into the verification code box on the Password Reset screen. |

Type in a new password, then click “Save Password & Proceed.” Your password must be at least eight (8) characters long. |

UPDATING YOUR PASSWORD
Now that you’ve logged in, it’s time to update your password to something unique.
Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen. | |
Click “ Account Settings > Edit Account Info.” | |
Type your new, unique password into the first two (2) boxes. Type your old password into the third box. Click “Save,” and you are done! |
