Sign-in to your EDS account: EDS website

Select My Applications on the menu bar.

Choose Washington Assessment Management System (WAMS) from the application list. 

Select Data Review from the top menu bar:

Once on the Data Review page, select and click: Download to generate the score file.

The score file will download as a .xlsx file. NOTE: Be sure you save the file with a meaningful name, which helps you identify it for loading or if you need to reference it later.  Something like this is what we recommend:

Uploading the Preliminary Score Data using the Automated Score Loader

Log in to the Data Admin site [District].SchoolData.net/admin 

Select: Uploads >> Upload Assessment Scores >> Automated score Loader/Review Uploads

Select Loader:  

Choose: OSPI WAMS Preliminary State Score Loader

Required Parameters: School Year: (select the year you are loading scores for).

Select Assessment Score File to Upload: Click Choose File and select the score file you downloaded and saved from EDS.

Submit File for Validation: Click Submit

Review Uploads: Once the file validates, you will get a message in the Review Uploads table. The status should say ‘Validated’ and give you a button to view the ‘Validation Report’.’ If the Validation Report looks good, click the ‘Approve’ button to upload the assessment scores.

After the file finishes loading, the table will update the status to Loaded, and you will receive a results email with your Load Report. If you need to remove the scoring load, you can come back and click the Undo button within 14 days to ‘undo’ the load.
