To get to Absence Response, locate the AC bundle from the top right navigation menu.
Once the Absence Response application loads, the left navigation menu will display vertical tabs that represent person roles (i.e. Secretary, Data Admin, School Admin, etc.) and different menu options for each role. The First Manifestations table is found within the Secretary tab.
The application will provide a popup to select a school. Click the blue Select option to pull up the list.
Scroll through the list or use the column text box to find a school. Select the school by clicking the checkmark to the left of the name and click Add School(s).
The view will change to show the selected school(s). To open the manifestations table, click Set.
The manifestations table lists all students who have met the criteria for one or more attendance conditions. Each attendance condition is listed individually along with the student meeting the criteria and the recommended action.
The table can be sorted by any one column by clicking on that column header, or filtered by typing into the text box at the top of any column. Here the table is filtered to only those manifestations that include the recommended action of “letter.”
Note: If you have not configured the application with SchoolData.net, the application will likely error when attempting to take action.
