Students can use this article to access and navigate their High School and Beyond Task Page.
1.) [district].schooldata.net/hsb (Replace [district] with your district name, or ask your educator for the High School and Beyond URL)
2.) Left Hand Navigation: Click “Completion Status”
3.) You’ll be presented with a page that looks SIMILAR to this:
When using your High School and Beyond Task page, focus on your grade level column only (unless instructed otherwise.)
4.) Click on one of the Blue Hyperlinks to start an activity (example: 9th Grade >> Educational Goals)
5.) Once you click on the activity it’s going to open a new browser tab for you to complete said activity. Following the example of “Educational Goals” here is what it would look like:
6.) Once you have finished the activity, go back to the Browser Tab that has your High School and Beyond Tasks
7.) Click on the Meter Icon next to that activity to “Mark Complete”
Marking the activity as Complete will turn the Meter Icon Orange. This is an indicator for your Educator that you have finished the activity and it is pending their approval.
Here is an example of all of the different colored Meter Icons:
The “Interests” shows a Green checkmark. This means your Educator has marked this task as “Approved” and you no longer need to worry about it.
The “Preferences'' shows a Red checkmark. This means your Educator has marked this as “Revisions requested” and need to go back to the activity and make some changes.
The “Skills” shows an Orange checkmark. This means you as the Student have marked this activity as “Complete” and are pending approval/review by your educator.
