CONDUCTING A MEETING - TAKING ATTENDANCE AND RECORDING RESULTS
Choose the “Educator” role in the left navigation menu and select “My Meetings.”
Click on the date next to the meeting you would like to take attendance for and choose “Manage Meeting.”
You will start on the “Details” tab, but click “Students” to the right to see all the registered students. You can check students individually by clicking “check-in” at the bottom of their photos.
To take attendance for many or all students at once, you can click the checkbox to the top left to select all students, and then using the selected card actions button at the right, choose “Check in Selected.”
Once a student is checked in, the orange exclamation icon will turn to a green checkmark, indicating the student was in attendance.
To record data about the results of the Meeting, click on the gear icon on an individual student photo and select “Edit.”
The resulting form has a text box for recording “Meeting Results.” Type the information you would like to register and click the blue “Update” button at the top right:
Setting up Subsequent Meetings
Once you configure a single meeting, you can copy the settings for this meeting forward. First, navigate to “Annual Meeting Schedule” in the left navigation menu and click any time blocks you wish to configure so that they appear in the “My Meetings” list and turn green on the Annual Meeting Schedule page. Remember that you may need to change your date settings in the header to view future time blocks:
Next, you will navigate to “My Meetings,” where you can either “Copy To” or “Copy From” to replicate existing meetings. In this example, Ms. Brown will also offer the Math Intervention Meeting she configured for May 4 on May 11. So, after clicking on the gear icon next to May 4, select “Copy To.”
In the resulting form, select the meeting you would like to copy this configuration to, May 11. You can also optionally choose whether to register the same students in the meeting you are copying to by checking the “Include Students Assigned to Meeting” box.
If you prefer to choose the future meeting and pull configuration from a previous meeting, “Copy From” can be used similarly.
