Student Application Users And Their Application User Roles

Purpose:

To view or download the Students who have application user account and see the application roles they have.  The application roles give them permissions to the applications.

Directions:

Log into the Admin at {YourDistirct}.schooldata.net/admin/ with your SchoolData.net username and password.

• navigate to the Four Year Planning Admin category >> FYP Permissions category >> Student Application Users And Their Application User Roles (Combination)
• For more information on navigating in the Admin read this article.  
• some of the information contained in the view may include:
• Student 
• Application User
• Is Currently Enrolled (in the district)
• SchoolData Account is Active
• Application User Role (giving the student access to that application)

View or Download:

This information can be viewed and downloaded.  It can not be modified in the Amin.  .

1. click the menu button at the bottom of the window
2. select 'download CSV'.  It will be named "vw_StudentApplicationUsersAndTheirApplicationUserRoles-[current date].csv"
