Students are encouraged to request feedback in support of growth, in a specific Future Ready Skill, by emailing others who are in a position to provide it. This may include parents, coaches, teachers, relatives, employers, etc.
User gets to this "Feedback Requests" screen, from the "Examine Skill" screen. Here, the user can initiate an email request to external users, see the requests already made or resend a request. The form for an outside person submitting feedback for a student is very similar to the student self-reflection submission for each skill.
The recipient of the evidence request will receive an email, that contains a link to the "Submit Evidence" screen. The link will only be valid for one week after being sent. These external users can not see any other screens, beyond "Submit Evidence".
The "Feedback Requests" screen shows a list of requests made. The list shows the name of the person the request was sent to, the date it was sent and the email it was sent to. It also has an indicator of the status of the request, the role of the person it was sent to and a button to resend a request.
If the recipient has not responded, the button to resend request will be available. If the recipient has responded, the "Yes" in the status column will hyperlink to the data they provided.
The submission request expires after 7 days. The receiver of the email will see the first message if they click on the link in an email after the expiration date.
The form can only be submitted once. The receiver of the email will see the second message if they attempt to follow the link in an email after the form has been submitted.
