Highlights of new features in Evaluations V2

Feature: On the Evaluations Dashboard if an Evaluator themselves is being evaluated, under the ‘My Self-Evaluation’ they will have quick access to their own evaluation tasks and framework.

Is this available in V1?: To access the same information, users click the gear icon at top of the screen to switch to/from your Evaluatee or Evaluator views.

Feature: On the People I’m Evaluating Dashboard (formerly Evaluator Dashboard), click the + add a task for an Evaluatee and go directly to it.

Is this available in V1?: No

Feature: On tasks with meetings details, when a user can edit the details they can also send a calendar invite to the other by clicking the share icon.

Is this available in V1?: No

Feature: There are two new options in the settings list:

1. On tasks manually added only, click the gear icon and then Edit Task to edit the earliest allowable completion date, due date, or required status.
2. When Show other task is checked, a list of the Evaluatee’s tasks appears on the right to select from to display the Task View data to reference or copy/paste.

Is this available in V1?: 1. & 2. No

Feature: On a task with the Web Link section, click the + to add web links as evidence. Once added they can also be associated to one or more criteria

Is this available in V1?: No

Feature: When entering text in the Additional Data (1) boxes, click the gear icon to select the Show Other Task (2) to access Task View data for reference or copy/paste into note boxes.

Feature: The viewing options allow the user to make changes to the view of an Observation/Evaluation task. Newly added features:

1. Show Notepad: when checked allows the Evaluator to view the notepad upon first entering the task. This is only available to the Evaluatee if the notepad has been shared with them.
2. Show Other Task: when checked the list of Evaluatee’s tasks appears on the right to select from to display the Task View data to reference or copy/paste.
3. Changes persist for the user after leaving the task or application.

Is this available in V1?: 1. The Notepad is available, however, the Evaluator has to click Actions and Notepad to access it. 2. and 3. No

Feature: On the notepad the Evaluator has a tool bar including: bold, italics, bullets, indents, highlighting text, and link inserts.

Feature: On criterion note boxes, there is a tool bar including: bold, italics, bullets, indents, and link inserts.
