Self Reflection

Purpose:

To allow a student to think about the indicator for each Skill and determine the amount of evidence they could provide from their school and personal life to support the indicator level chosen. Students will then rate themselves on each individual Skill.

Directions:

Choose an evidence level for at least one Skill indicator by clicking on the radio button for the appropriate evidence level.  Choosing an evidence level for at least one indicator is required.

Choose the Skill level you are currently at based on the evidence level for the indicator(s).  This is an required field.

Add a description of the evidence to support your choices.  This is an required field.

Click the submit button.

If you have trouble clicking the submit button, hover over it and if you see this symbol  you have not entered all the required data.  Please look for the red asterisks () and fill out the requested information.

Next Steps:

After the student has finished the self reflection they can move on to creating a goal, submitting evidence, or requesting feedback from others.
