To allow a student to submit evidence of their accomplishment or implementation of one of the Skills. The evidence may include a name for the evidence, a description, a url, a skill level the evidence supports, and one or more indicators the evidence showcases for the Skill.
The evidence should be detailed, varied, and compelling. The links between the evidence and the indicator(s) should be clear and provide compelling support for the indicator(s).
Submit a name, description, and optionally a link to the evidence for the Skill. The name and description are required, while the URL is optional. If a URL is entered, the text must be of the full URL only, no extra characters, and nothing left out as the application does not verify the URL is a valid URL, the application is trusting the user.
Choose a Skill level the evidence supports. This is a required field.
Choose the indicator(s) the evidence is for. This is a required field.
