Switch back to Evaluator Dashboard | Changing Evaluatee's Position Level | Changing Evaluatee's Evaluator | Adding Supplemental Evaluators |
The Evaluator Dashboard lists the Evaluator's Evaluatees. To access the Evaluator Dashboard, click People I'm Evaluating:
Information on each Evaluatee
Icons represented next to the Evaluatee's name do the following:
- opens the Evaluatee's task list and other areas associated
- click for quick access to the Evaluatee's task list
- add a task from the dashboard and open right to it.
- opens edit to change Position Level, Evaluator, or add/remove Supplemental Evaluators.
Primary Evaluator and any Supplemental Evaluators assigned to the Evaluatee display.
Each Evaluatee listed to the right of the Evaluator displays a summary of their tasks.

Switch from Evaluatee view back to the Evaluator Dashboard [top of page]
If you have clicked the magnifying glass on an Evaluatee, to go back to the Evalutor Dashboard to find another Evaluatee:
- Click Evaluations Dashboard
- Then, click People I'm Evaluating
Changing an Evaluatee's Position Level [top of page]
A Position Level determines which tasks are automatically added to the Evaluatee's task list and the due dates of them. If tasks had already been filled in with data, those tasks are kept potentially causing duplicates. Using the steps outlined in this article Why might I have duplicate tasks on my task list and how do I clean them up?, the Evaluator and Evaluatee can merge tasks to clean up the task list.
- click the pencil icon next to the Evaluatee's name
- from the pop-up, click on the Position Level dropdown and choose the new Position Level

- Note: If an Evaluator doesn't have the ability to switch, this is a district-wide setting. Send questions about turing this functionality on to your Evaluations district contact or to: support@schooldata.net
- Once the new Position Level is selected, click the OK button to save.
Changing an Evaluatee's Evaluator [top of page]
With this switch, the Evaluatee will be removed from the current Evaluator's Dashboard and added to the new Evaluator's Dashboard.
- click the pencil icon next to the Evaluatee's name
- from the pop-up, click on the Primary Evaluator dropdown and choose the new Evaluator
- Note: If an Evaluator doesn't have the ability to switch, this is a district-wide setting. Send questions about turing this functionality on to your Evaluations district contact or to: support@schooldata.net
- Once the new Evaluator is selected, click the OK button to save.
Adding Supplemental Evaluators [top of page]
Adding Supplemental Evaluators add the Evaluatee to that Evaluator's Dashboard and allows them to add and edit any tasks on that Evaluatee's task list just as the Primary Evaluator can.A Supplemental Evaluator can not add other Supplemental Evaluators, switch the Evaluatee's Position Level, and switch the Primary Evaluator.
- click the pencil icon next to the Evaluatee's name
- from the pop-up, use on the dropdown below Supplemental Evaluator to add a Supplemental Evaluator
- Note: If an Evaluator doesn't have the ability to switch, this is a district-wide setting. Send questions about turing this functionality on to your Evaluations district contact or to: support@schooldata.net
- If there is is a need for more then one Supplemental Evaluator, click the + icon to the right of Supplemental Evaluators to add another dropdown to choose one.
- Once the Supplemental Evaluator(s) is added, click the OK button to save.
