The Monitor Dashboard lists the Evaluators and allows the Monitor to view all of an Evaluator's Evaluatees entries with READ ONLY access. Only Evaluations Monitors will be able to access the Monitor Dashboard.
To access the Monitor Dashboard, click the Monitor persona tab on the left:
The list will display all Evaluators. Click on the arrow icon next to the Evaluator name to expand to see their Evaluatees:
Current Position Level, Primary Evaluator, any Supplemental Evaluators assigned, and logged Observed minutes display.
Icons to far right of the Evaluatee's name do the following:
- Circle icons represent each individual task, click to open up that task on the Evaluatee
- Magnifying glass icon will take you to Evaluatee tasks, no specific one
- Pencil icon allows to change Position Level, Evaluator, or add/remove Supplemental Evaluators.

Switch from Evaluatee view back to the Monitor Dashboard
- Click Summary for the Monitor person tab on the left
Changing an Evaluatee's Position Level
- click the pencil icon next to the Evaluatee's name
- from the pop-up, click on the Position Level dropdown and choose the new Position Level

- Note: If Monitors don't have the ability to switch, send a request to turn on this functionality to: support@schooldata.net This is a district-wide setting.
- Once the new Position Level is selected, click the OK button to save.
Changing an Evaluatee's Evaluator
With this switch, the Evaluatee will be removed from the current Evaluator's Dashboard and added to the new Evaluator's Dashboard.
- click the pencil icon next to the Evaluatee's name
- from the pop-up, click on the Primary Evaluator dropdown and choose the new Evaluator
- Note: If Monitors don't have the ability to switch, send a request to turn on this functionality to: support@schooldata.net This is a district-wide setting
- Once the new Evaluator is selected, click the OK button to save.
Adding Supplemental Evaluators
Adding Supplemental Evaluators add the Evaluatee to that Evaluator's Dashboard and allows them to add and edit any tasks on that Evaluatee's task list just as the Primary Evaluator can.- click the pencil icon next to the Evaluatee's name
- from the pop-up, use on the dropdown below Supplemental Evaluator to add a Supplemental Evaluator
- Note: If Monitors don't have the ability to add Supplemental Evaluators, send a request to turn on this functionality to: support@schooldata.net This is a district-wide setting.
- If there is is a need for more then one Supplemental Evaluator, click the + icon to the right of Supplemental Evaluators to add another dropdown to choose one.
- Once the Supplemental Evaluator(s) is added, click the OK button to save.
To print the Summary page of one Evaluator's Evaluatees
- Locate the Evaluator on the list of Evaluators
- Click the print button to the right of their name
- A a pop-up will appear as what you want included and for what school year. Make selections as desired.
- click Download PDF
- You will receive a notification in the application when it is ready and an email as well.
- The report generated is a ZIP file with separate PDF files named for each Evaluatee included.
To print the Summary page of all Evaluator's Evaluatees
- Click the gear icon on the top right, above all the Evaluators
- Click Print All Evaluatees
- A a pop-up will appear as what you want included and for what school year. Make selections as desired.
- click Download PDF
- You will receive a notification in the application when it is ready and an email as well.
- The report generated is a ZIP file with separate PDF files named for each Evaluatee included
