To explain the i-Ready fully automated assessment score migration procedure includes sending the following information to SchoolData.
- a signed data-sharing agreement
- Fall, Winter, and Spring assessment window dates
With this information, SchoolData will work with Curriculum Associates to fully automate the assessment score migration on a nightly basis. This process is currently for i-Ready Diagnostic Math and Reading assessments only. Users interested in i-Ready Standards Mastery can contact SchoolData.
Directions
Download the attached data-sharing agreement. Sign and email it to support@schooldata.net along with assessment dates for the following windows:
- Fall
- Winter
- Spring
Additional Information:
SchoolData has default performance levels that will be used when initially migrating scores. These levels were developed with Curriculum Associates. The district can, if necessary, work with SchoolData to make changes to the performance levels, cut scores, and assessment labels.
Scores will be input into the terms Fall, Winter, and Spring depending on the completion date in the score file and the test window set by the district. We currently only support the three testing windows.
In the event that a student took the test more than once in a test window, only the highest score the student received will be migrated into Homeroom.

i-Ready Diagnostic Report
The integration of the i-Ready assessment allows us to generate an i-Ready Diagnostic Report.
It renders on a single page per student and contains some basic student data, a graph that shows the assessment test scores on the Overall i-Ready Fall, Winter, and Spring assessment for either Math or Reading. Below the graph are details of each overall benchmark, including the date the student took the assessment and the performance level of the overall score as well as each strand.
