Gradebook View

Purpose:

To view the gradebooks that have been created. 

Directions:

Log into the Admin at {YourDistirct}.schooldata.net/admin/ with your SchoolData.net username and password.

• navigate to the Classroom Admin category >> Gradebooks >> Gradebook View (Combination)

• some of the information contained in the combination or view includes:
• Gradebook Id 
• Gradebook Label
• School
• Application User
• Person
• School Year Id
• view the information or download it to .csv

CSV Download:

Directions:

1. click the menu button at the bottom of the window
2. select 'download CSV'. The file that is downloaded will be named "vw_Gradebook-[current date].csv".
