Purpose:
This chart displays the progress of a district, based on the number of D and F grades received as a class-term grade. This average is calculated by taking all earned grades that are D or F, divided by the total number of students enrolled in the district, in the corresponding term.
District Use:
Currently one district is utilizing this specific chart on a school specific dashboard. In this way they can monitor the schools progress on the average number of D and F grades received in a given quarter or semester. Please contact your CS agent if your district is interested in this tool.

First, choose a school.
Second, choose a school year.
Lastly choose the class-term.
- While picking the class-term it is important to note that as the school year progresses, the way the grades are recorded changes. For example, after the 2nd quarter, grades are averaged with the first quarter to create the grade for the semester. After the first semester is over and grades have been recorded, the grades in the 1st and 2nd quarters may no longer be accurate.
